Kyle is outstanding as a Salesman and a rep. He was very patient and kind and dealing with us over the month-long process of this deciding if and when we would buy and what model. Zero pressure and gave us the best deal possible. He also follows up about once a month to check on how we are using the camper. Very supportive and helpful at all times.

Working with Kevin Wormser was truly one of the best sales experiences we’ve ever had. He is thoughtful, diligent but not pushy, super friendly and knowledgeable, and patient. Kevin took the time to hear our needs, and lead us through the lot only showing us campers that checked most, if not all the boxes on our list. He paid special attention to our children and their needs too and that made them feel important and part of the process. It was a family affair which is what we wanted it to be! My husband wasn’t able to attend the first time, and Kevin got on a FaceTime with him at my request. He also set up a separate appointment for him and a follow up appointment for us all. We visited several other dealerships but ultimately returned because of Kevin and the experience of working with him, because he had our needs in mind, we enjoyed working with him, and we knew we could trust him. He even took the time to check in with us after our purchase. I am writing this in the hopes that I will be able to change it later, once Camping World Harrisburg has made me whole. I can tell you that I have had a very bad experience buying a used camper from them. ***Look at the attached document and under no circumstances sign it, should you decide to go through with a purchase from these people. Apparently this is a non-refundable magical invisible something that is supposed to protect the interior and exterior of your camper that costs $1700.00. You are within your rights to return any service contract within 30 days purchased from these people but they will absolutely sneak this one in on you and because it is allegedly applied they say it is non refundable.*** Purchased a 22' camper at the end of March and the night I trailered it home, I realized that they had installed the trailer hitch upside down which caused the trailer to bottom out and gouge the driveway. I had to leave it at my work and then have a mechanic come out to change it the next day. I also discovered they had sent me out with a dead battery and the General Manager said they would reimburse me for a replacement battery exactly 30 days ago today but I have still not r

Excellent retail camping location. Found the gas coupling quick disconnect that we had been searching for our blackstone. They have a rv dump and fresh water for good sams members. The parking lot is sloped correctly so it drains the black and gray tank completely. Glad to see it was thought out when the site was built. They also have propane available. Good location to dump holding tanks and purchase supplies and accessories. Justin we appreciate your knowledge and great customer service.
